LensPerch is a Mac teleprompter owned and operated by The Creative Agenda, LLC. This notice covers the current website and preview app.

The Mac app

The current preview stores your script, editor draft, preferences, and window position locally on your Mac. It does not send scripts to us, record camera or microphone input, or include analytics or advertising SDKs. Local data can be included in backups you manage.

The website

This website uses Netlify for hosting and form processing. When you visit, the hosting service may process technical request information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site. We have not added analytics, advertising trackers, or external font services.

If you request a launch email

The form collects your email address so The Creative Agenda, LLC can send the LensPerch launch announcement. Submissions are stored through Netlify Forms. We will use the address for that request, not sell it or add it to unrelated marketing lists. We plan to remove the launch list within 90 days after the announcement unless you separately opt into future updates.

Your choices

You can request removal from the launch list through the LensPerch support email, amigosdegarcia@gmail.com. Tell us the email address to remove. Avoid sending your script or other private information.

Before purchases open

Purchases are not currently enabled. This notice will be updated with the payment and delivery providers before sales open. Those services may process additional information needed to complete and support a purchase.
